The plan to build the corporate building started when our company, Link(THM) won a tender for a transitional office site located in Mohammed Sultan with a bid as high as $17.2 million. the area has a total GFA (Gross Floor Area) of approximately 100,000 sq ft.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF DEVELOPMENT









The building consists of 4 tower blocks and 2 podium blocks. Each tower block consist of 4 levels of office & 1 roof terrace and has total GFA of approximately20,000 sq ft. Each podium consists of 2 levels of office & 1 open terrace and has total GFA of approximately 10,000 sq ft. The building is also designed to have Modular raised flooring for easy adding of workstations. It has customizable interior design with flexible lease arrangements. Common & executive toilets are also equipped with showers in each block. Most importantly, we allow building naming rights on all tower blocks which will emphasize your corporate identity. Moreover, it has 3 levels of basement parking to contain as many as 150 cars.
