LinkResidence, THE MOST EXPENSIVE DURIAN TREE

Linkresidence is located along Greenleaf Road, an area where luxurious houses are being built. To many eyes, it may seem that Linkresidence is just a typical cluster bungalows that can be found along that area. However, what makes it really unique from other bungalows is the fact that we, the developer (Link THM) decided to preserve an old durian tree and built an artistic structure around it. However, the uniqueness of the structure does not come cheap, it costs us as much as $500,000!
